<div dir="ltr">Hello MASTA Members,<div><p>We are <em><strong>desperately</strong></em> seeking a Health Officer for our upcoming MASTA String Camp Session III, June 20-24. We also have a staff training day on June 19 but that is not necessarily required for this position.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supervise medications for campers.</li><li>Handle first aid as campers need it.</li><li>Communicate with camp counselors and directors on any issues with campers' health.</li><li>Health officer must stay on-site during the session.</li></ul><p>Qualifications (per Michigan state licensing):</p><ul><li>Hold a certification that is equivalent to community first aid and CPR for the professional rescuer.</li><li>Can be a licensed physician, physician's assistant, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, practical nurse, EMT, or medical first responder.</li></ul><div>If you know of anyone that can help us, PLEASE have them send me an email immediately.  </div></div><div><br></div><div>Thank you very much!</div><div>-Ted McDonald</div><div>Camp Director</div></div>
