[MASTA Board] Something to discuss

To all board members:

President Diane should make a statement regarding this matter, send it out to 
the board for our approval and then make it available to any and all where this 
issue may become a problem both now and in the future.  It is quite obvious it 
has board support.  Go for it Diane!
