[MASTA Board] MASTA - input needed

Hi everyone,
It all depends on the quality of the proposed performance venues. We need
to do what is best for the student performers. I do not know enough about
the alternative suggestions to have an opinion. I think changing the dates
could off-set many moving parts, but it is far enough in the future for
folks to work around.
