[MASTA Board] call for reports - respond by Jan. 15

Happy Thursday, dedicated MASTA Board!


Please send your reports by January 15th!  Reading your reports makes it easier to set an agenda for our meetings.  (Thank you, Abby and Derek, for sending your reports already!!!)


Also, I'm attaching the Policy Manual draft and Job Description addendum DRAFT which I hope to have adopted at our upcoming board meeting.  There have been so many different versions of the job descriptions, it was difficult to make sure I had the right one.   Please check the index and find YOUR job description to make sure it's accurate.  If it isn't, just e-mail me the right one and I will make the change.  This has been a bit of work, but will make a huge difference in the future for newcomers to the MASTA team.


Please let me know if you are NOT attending meetings in Grand Rapids.


MMC meetings will be held:
Exec Bd - Wednesday, Jan. 24 - 6 pm. meet in lobby to go to Boar's Head - send agenda items asap
Full Bd - Thursday, Jan. 25 - 9:30 am - Pearl Room - lunch at 11:30 am
General Membership - Friday - 8 am - Imperial Rm.

Board members are expected at our receptions in Van Andel Suite 2690:
Thursday - student chapter members/new teachers   9-11 pm
Friday - MASTA members/guest  8:30 - 11 pm
