Hi -

We will begin our MMC adventure one week from today!  I am sending two documents for your review:

1- Board report template - submitted by Jonathan Glawe to make it easier for all involved

2- Policy manual final draft


We will vote to approve both documents at our Thursday Board meeting at 9:30 am.


I'm sending board reports to Nick tonight, so you will be able to read them on line.  Our consent agenda will save tons of time at the MMC.


I will be asking everyone to spend one hour at the booth this year.  We have awesome swag bags to give out and lots of flyers and other fun (chocolate) stuff.  Baroque Violin Shop donated a String Teacher Survival Kit for a door prize at our Friday a.m. meeting and Dan has made arrangements for lots of fun foods for our receptions.  I'm bringing smoked L. Superior whitefish and Donckers chocolate again and Ellen will be bringing Traverse City wines.  What a party!!!


BTW - the membership voted unanimously to approve the Bylaws so it was sent to National.  When they approve, it will be adopted.
