A Plea for list of studio teachers!

This is a request for you to share your private/studio teacher’s  
names and contact information with me, Nancy Koski.  I am currently  
serving on the MASTA Board, chairing Studio Teaching, with the task  
of setting up a data base of private teachers in Michigan.  The goal  
of this list is to connect them with ASTA, its benefits, contacts,  
workshops, conference, newsletter, etc.

I will take this list in the format you have.  It is helpful to have  
phone, e-mail and address information, instrument or area they teach- 
in, but I can do the research with what information you give me.   
*This is a working list, only for my database.  Nothing will be  
shared or published until each person on the list is in agreement.
