[Members] VSA Seeking Young Soloists- Opportunities for Your Students?

Greetings, MASTA~  

VSA is seeking young vocalists and instrumentalists who have disabilities for the 2011 VSA International Young Soloists Award. The Call for Entries and application forms may be found on the VSA website at www.vsarts.org/soloists . Please assist me by forwarding this message to your membership. 

The age for eligible musicians is 25 and under. Ensembles of 2 to 8 members are also eligible, if at least one member of the ensemble has a disability, and all members are 25 years of age or under. All forms of musical genres are encouraged. 

Please have candidates for the award complete the application form that may be found on the aforementioned website, and send it and his/her CDs or DVDs to me at the address below. The deadline is November 15. 

I am hoping that we can have a record number of applicants from Michigan this year.
