> Speak Up Survey 2013
> Deadline: December 20, 2013
> The Michigan Department of Education is urging Michigan K-12 teachers to participate in Project Tomorrow's national Speak Up Survey 2013. The report gives individuals the opportunity to share their viewpoints about key educational issues, particularly concerning 21st century education and technology. Each year, findings are summarized and shared with national and state policy makers. Last year, more than 466,000 students, parents, and educators nationwide participated in the survey; however, Michigan still has a low response rate for this year, and MDE would like to be part of the technology conversation. Teachers and administrators have the opportunity to earn 3 SCECHs by participating in the survey. In order to earn the 3 SCECHs, teachers must have their students take the survey, and administrators must share their survey results with their community.
