[MASTA] 2015 MMC MASTA Session Presider Signup

Hello MASTA Members!

I hope that you are well! The time has come to sign up to preside over one
of the many wonderful string sessions at the 2015 Michigan Music
Conference. Please follow the link below to a spreadsheet that lists all of
the MASTA sessions that are available. The day, time, and location is
listed along with the session title and presenter. Please provide:

   - First and last name
   - School or Organization that you are affiliated with (where you teach,
   etc.)
   - Complete home address
   - Best phone number (preferably one that we can reach you at while the
   conference is in session)
   - Email address
