A Full-Time Instrumental Music Position at Tecumseh High School in Tecumseh, Michigan has recently posted. This position includes a Symphony/Marching Band, Symphony Orchestra, and a Chamber Orchestra, as well as supervising two hours of Virtual Academy. Both band and orchestra have extremely strong feeder programs at the middle-school level, and we are looking for someone to continue our traditions of excellence at the high school level. Tecumseh is a strong arts community, a nd our administration is extremely supportive and would love to see both of these programs grow (and is definitely open to the idea of adding more ensembles as the numbers increase at the high school level to support that). Please share this information with colleagues, especially anyone who may be interested and have experience with both band and orchestra.
