[MASTA] MASTA teacher/administrator of the year

Dear MASTA members:
Attached are forms for nominating deserving string teachers and/or supportive administrators for our annual awards. This year, only STUDIO TEACHERS are eligible for the MASTA Teacher of the Year award.  The forms are pretty straight forward, but if you have questions, please e-mail your questions to me.  
Forms can be e-mailed back or mailed to:  Janis Peterson, 932 S. Lake St., Marquette, MI  49855  Please submit by October 7th.  Thank you in advance for taking time to submit paperwork for a deserving teacher/administrator.
