1st Place $500 2nd Place $250
Sunday, February 18, 2018
Okemos Community Church
Okemos, Michigan 48864
Deadline for application, February 1 , 2018
ELIGIBILITY:
Applicants must be in grade 10, 11 or 12 and a resident of Michigan.
Application fee of $15, paid to Michigan Federation of Music Clubs
There is a limit of 15 applicants for this award. The first 15 will be accepted.
Previous first place winners are ineligible.
AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
One selection from each of the following categories:
Baroque or Classical
Romantic or Contemporary
One selection memorized
One selection accompanied by piano
Contestant must provide own accompanist
Selections with accompaniment must be performed with accompaniment.
Total performance time, minimum, 8 minutes, maximum, 15 minutes
