[MASTA] Hurricane effected String Programs

Dear MASTA Members:

Thanks to a suggestion from Gretchen Clemons (WMU's student chapter leader) the MASTA board voted to donate to the Luck's Music Library fund to help the string programs whose music libraries were destroyed by the recent hurricanes.  We are going to challenge all of the other state chapters to follow suit!
