Dear MASTA members,
Thank you to those who have completed the RSVP form for our summer wing
ding. If you have not completed the form and are planning on joining us,
please complete this Google form so we can have a head count for the
orchestra and for the food. Below are the details.

I will send out a reminder, including a map of the park to everyone who
is attending as we get closer.
MASTA Summer String Wing Ding
Saturday, August 7, 2021
1:00 - 5:00 PM
St. John's City Park
William Tennant Performance Shell and Main Park Pavilion
805 W Park St, St Johns, MI 48879
From 1:00 - 2:30 PM we will form an orchestra and play some beautiful
music for strings. Alan MacNair will conduct.
From 2:30 - 5:00 we will celebrate with a potluck BBQ.
What to bring:
Last name A - H: bring a salad or vegetable to share
Last name I - P: bring a snack to share (chips, pretzels, etc)
Last name - Q - Z: bring a dessert to share
Everyone - bring your instrument, a music stand, clothespins, your own
beverages, and a cooler if your food or drinks need to be kept cool.
MASTA will provide beef, turkey and veggie burgers, brats, and hot dogs,
buns (with gluten-free options), condiments, tableware. The performance
shell has chairs for the musicians. If you are bringing guests to
listen, they will need a picnic blanket and/or chairs for sitting on the
lawn in front of shell.
