[MASTA] MASTA Board Updates

Greetings, MASTA Members!

I hope that this message finds all of you well and settling into the new
routines of this year! As we get started into this season, I wanted to take
this opportunity to thank both our outgoing Project Directors and welcome
our MASTA Board Members and Project Directors to our MASTA Leadership Team.
These volunteers tirelessly give of their time and talents to our
organization, and I cannot thank them enough for all that they do!

This summer brought us a few changes in our Project Director roles, as
Caitlin Mihalko (MASTA Camp Director), Joe Harmsen (Sponsorship &
Advertising Coordinator), Candace Chappell (MASTA Social Media
Coordinator), Mary Kothman (Chamber Music Festival), and Joe Oprea (MSBOA
Liaison) have transitioned out of these roles. I cannot thank each of them
enough for their years of leadership, time, and dedication to our
organization; all five of them have given so tirelessly to MASTA, and we
are a better organization because of their work. Please take a moment to
thank them for all that they have given us!

I am excited and pleased to share that we have five amazing educators who
have joined our Board in these roles. Ted McDonald is our new Camp
Director; Matthew Briere is our new Sponsorship & Advertising Coordinator;
Jami Kleinart is our MASTA Social Media Coordinator; Ji Hyun Kim is now the
Chamber Music Festival and Competition Chair, and Maritza Garibay is our
MSBOA Liaison. Please join me in welcoming each of them to our MASTA
Leadership Team!

We will be updating our website with our email addresses soon so that you
can reach out to the proper Board Member with any questions or ideas that
you may have. In the meantime, please feel free to pass along any questions
for our Board to me, and I will be sure to get them to the appropriate
Board Member. Our next MASTA Board Meeting is Saturday, September 21, and
we are looking forward to planning our future events together! We will have
some exciting updates for you following that meeting.
