Dear MASTA members,

The University of Michigan String Educators Workshop will be held this year
on Thursday June 26 through Saturday June 28 on the U-M North Campus in Ann
Arbor.

The workshop is a wealth of information. Scott Laird, Kristen Pellegrino
and Andrea Yun will be joining me as the faculty. It is a great opportunity
to continue brushing up on your secondary instrument skills, play in a
reading orchestra, get lots of ideas for teaching, and network with
teachers from all over the country.

I hope you can join us!

Kristen will be teaching our String Immersion class for those with a band
or choral background who are not string principals and others with little
background in strings who find themselves assigned to teach orchestra.

have been assigned to teach strings!
