[MASTA] EMU ChamberFest Dec 6 (Collegiate Level) – Nominations Due Oct 31

Dear Colleagues,

Thanks to the support of Women in Philanthropy at Eastern Michigan
University, we’re thrilled to host *EMU ChamberFest 2025

 on *Saturday, December 6 *for *collegiate level chamber ensembles*,
featuring the Formosa Quartet <https://www.formosaquartet.com/>*, *winners
of the Wigmore Hall String Quartet Competition and Quartet-in-Residence at
the University of Houston, and EMU String Faculty.

Join us in celebrating the very best of chamber music—its diverse
repertoire, vibrant community, and spirit of collaboration.

to *nominate 2–3 advanced chamber ensembles* in ranked order by October 31.
Eligible ensembles: strings-only or strings-with-piano trios, quartets,
quintets, or sextets with bass. Cello ensembles may also be nominated.
Groups should prepare a movement from the chamber repertoire.

   Chamber coachings with Formosa Quartet & EMU faculty

   Formosa-led clinic

   *6:00 PM* – Public ChamberFest Concert in Alexander Recital Hall

This is a great opportunity for chamber ensembles preparing for recitals or
competitions to work with a seasoned, professional ensemble.
