[MASTA] MASTA Solo Competition

competition:

Solo Competition Winners

Senior Division
     Grand Prize Winner (SHAR AWARD)--Janet Lyu, violin, Ann Arbor
     Honorable Mention--Gunnar Moll, Ann Arbor

Junior Division
     Grand Prize Winner (SHAR AWARD)--Haeji Kim, violin, Bloomfield Hills
     First Prize Winner(PSARIANOS AWARD)--Emma Powell, violin, Ann Arbor
     Honorable Mention--Stuart Carlson, viola, Dexter

Janet Lyu will play at our luncheon this year and Haeji Kim, next year.
 What a joy it will be to hear these two fine musicians perform.  They are
superb musicians.

Thank you to our judges, Dr. Judy Palac and Gabe Bolkosky. Also thanks to
DecisionDesk, the online competition service we used this year. Their
services made the processing and reviewing of applicants' videos a smooth
and convenient process.
