Good Morning:

The purpose of this email to bring information to those attending our 2013 Michigan Music Conference.

As a result of our MMC Planning Committee meeting held yesterday, January 6th, the following information is being provided in order to assist everyone with a potential parking issue.



Attached is an updated parking document from Experience Grand Rapids.  Both 
DeVos Marketing and Experience GR have collaborated on providing additional 
parking, during the MMC, should their lots fill due to the combination of 
the MMC and the RV Show. There will be complimentary parking for MMC 
attendees at a near-by remote lot, with complimentary shuttle service between 
DeVos Place and Welsh Lobby.  In addition, there will be two valets in the 
drop-off circle at DeVos Place providing directions when the parking lots are 
full.

The attached map 
lays out all the parking locations, facilities, entry points, skywalks, 
etc.  This will be very useful information for attending MSBOA members, schools and parents. Everyone should be encouraged to allow plenty of time for 
parking.
