Dear Michigan Music Conference Attendees and Association Members 


After carefully considering the results of the 2013 Post Conference Surveys and the two proposals we received from Experience Grand Rapids and the Detroit Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Executive Board has voted to accept the proposal submitted by Experience Grand Rapids. This acceptance is for a three-year contract taking us through the 2017 conference, and reflects the following: 


    1. Maintaining the use of the Welsh Lobby and Exhibit Area 
    2. Guaranteed use of DeVos Hall for Daytime use and Thursday evening
