Stringed Instrument Technician

Instrumental Distribution LLC is seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our skilled team. The primary responsibilities of this position are stringed instrument inspection, preparation, and set-up. Additional duties include order fulfillment/ shipping, inventory management and tool and shop maintenance. Depending on the applicant’s skill set, this position could also include marketing, client service, and vendor management activities.

The ideal candidate holds a technical certificate in instrument repair or a Bachelor’s degree, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience with stringed instrument set-up is preferable but not required. This position requires some computer experience.
