Dear colleagues,

I am writing on behalf of the newest orchestra program in Michigan at Brighton Area Schools! Each of you has played some sort of mentor role to me on the road here and I thank you, especially on behalf of my 82 students. I could use your help in a search:

We are looking for a nurturing, pedagogically astute violist or violinist who is interested in providing break out instruction for our 5th grade students, who meet every other day. School hours are 8:30-3:30. Brighton is virtually untapped in terms of local private teachers, so this job could in time yield a private studio. As we expand to our middle and high schools, we will be seeking full time candidates, and would be thrilled to begin forming such professional relationships (amid faculty and students) now.
